This house will have 1 basement level, and 3 above ground levels. With each floor being its own room, this will make for a small place with relying on the elevator and stairs to navigate between rooms. This is the best solution with each floor only being 300sf (about 28 square meters). With this in mind, there is a need to make the most of the spaces. With this in mind, there is only one light switch and fan per floor. Also, the sprinkler system will be in each floor (room). All of the floors will be cork tile flooring which will provide a more luxurious and pleasant feeling.
